Switching to public sanitary sewer is not only better for the environment but increases property value. This offer represents over $4,000 in savings from connections to comparable sewer systems located in the county.

The monthly treatment fee for residences is $54.50, flat rate.
*ERU= equivalent residential unit or 5,500 gallons per month.
Prices subject to Municipal Franchise Fees in the corporate limits of Spanish Fort, Elberta and Summerdale. In these areas, there will be 3% Franchise Fee assessed on taps, conversions, monthly treatment fees and repair fees. Silverhill corporate limits Franchise Fee is 5%.
